About Mobile Fitness
Mobile Fitness is a digital learning and communications program developed on research conducted in collaboration with the Institute for Human Nutrition, LIFE, at Copenhagen University plus leading experts in Denmark and internationally.
Mobile Fitness is a program that supports permanent weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. The program consists of a website, a mobile application and a dialog program, which is developed on the basis of cutting research valid research from Copenhagen University. Using the users everyday life as the fulcrum, Mobile Fitness motivates the user to strive towards healthier behavior and lifestyle choices, leading to permanent weight loss.
Our solution is a weight loss application, which calculates your ingestion and use of energy while continuously providing an overview of your energy balance. Mobile Fitness also contains additional features, which motivate, support, entertain and inform the user to increase his or her understanding of nutrition, exercise and wellness. With the mobile application your custom program is always right beside you, providing motivation while allowing quick and easy access to personalized weight loss information such as articles, health quizzes, videos and recipes. In addition to the weight loss and motivation program users are offered advice and counseling from a clinical dietician. The counseling can take place via e-mail or telephone.
